If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return an item, please let us know within 14 days from the date you ordered. You can contact us at info@cloneepharmacy.ie

All returned items must be in a resaleable condition—unused or unworn, sealed, in their original packaging, and with all original labels intact. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements on certain medical or personal care products, baby formula, or any item with a broken hygiene seal, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
